We are passionate about environmentally-responsible farming and work hard to ensure that biodiversity at Hlumelo Lima Farm thrives alongside our farming practices.
Our farm specialises in the production of fresh produce especially potatoes, onions, carrots and parsnips which dominate our farming. We also grow cereals such as rye, barley and wheat to balance the rotation, ensuring our soils remain fertile and productive for generations to come.
Consistency of quality and volume is achieved through the application of the highest levels of science and technology. Irrigation, mechanisation and a highly skilled production team are key to our success. It is through the return of a fair price that we are able to continue to not only produce a safe product, but also a production system that has a net positive effect on the local communities in which we operate.
